Freedom Friday: The Heat Advisory Edition

Hey Good People!  I hope ya’ll are staying cool out there.  I don’t want anyone falling out due to dehydration or  heat stroke.  I amserious!  For those of you who don’t want to sit in the house, but still want to remain cool, here are some chill spots!

Starting this evening, the District’s best designers show their wares at Temporium.   There are 12 designers and artists slated to occupy space at the store.   Temporium came about when the D.C. Office of Planning brought artists together to determine the best uses for the empty spaces throughout the District.  This lead to the idea of establishing a short-term retail collective.   The temporary store  will host a variety of events on the weekends to generate buzz.
