The newest edition to the H St. Corridor, Capital City Diner,  is scheduled to open this Saturday February 23rd.  Straight out of the 1940s, there’s a vintage cash register, milkshake maker and icebox.   The diner will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner– 24 hours a day on the weekends.
