The summer schedule has OFFICIALLY started this weekend!
We all know that Badu, N.E.R.D. and Monae are in the area, but the District has its own thing going on.

TONIGHT the Jazz in the Garden Series begins its 10th season. Every Friday evening, there is a free concert featuring an array of jazz artists

5:00PM to 8:30PM, rain or shine.
In case of inclement weather, concerts are held inside the Pavilion Café.

Now a D.C. metro area tradition, the 2010 CARIBBEAN WINE FESTIVAL is this weekend at Linganore Winecellars. The bands performing will be the DC Pan Jammers and Image Band. If you can’t make it this weekend, you can catch it in July.
